About me
I’m Nancy, a Stockholm-based pastry chef. I craft classic pastries—macarons, cheesecakes, cakes, and cookies—with a minimalist aesthetic and a clean, refined finish. Flavour matters as much as form: every recipe is carefully calibrated and tested multiple times to perfect the balance of taste, texture, and sweetness. The result is desserts that are elegant, balanced, and memorable.
